Wallcoverings in the Workplace: Fall 2025

Earlier this summer, we shared some of our favorite workplace designs that utilize wallcovering to make the space more inviting and inspiring. Our clients continue to design workplaces that elevate both functionality and aesthetics, marrying the two to create a place that inspires employees to live well and work well. We’re back with another edition, sharing a few more workplaces that feature our wallcoverings in order to spark joy and encourage a sense of place.

Trimont Atlanta Office

When Trimont moved to a new office in Atlanta to accommodate new growth in the company, ASD|SKY created an interior full of natural light, flexible workstations, and meeting rooms. The overall slightly-industrial aesthetic leans into the building’s raw materials: metal, wood, and concrete. The color palette is rich and grounding, but not overwhelming, with black, white, navy blue, and sage green joining the hues of the natural materials. Bold graphics add flavor throughout– visitors and employees are greeted with a custom colorway of our Photogram 20 mural when they alight from the elevator, and oversize white brushstrokes on the concrete floor continue the dynamic motion into the main space. The flexible lounge space features the same mural, this time dressed up in sage green and charcoal gray, to complement the same hues in the furniture. Ceiling and ductwork were also painted the same hue to “color drench” the space and let the contemporary rope lights do the talking. In the conference room, navy blue is the main character, showing up in the carpet, the chairs, and–you guessed it– the wallcovering. The same Photogram 20 mural (this time, in its original colorway) creates a dramatic statement wall above the sideboard.

Willard Center Club

An extension of the historic Willard Hotel in Washington, D.C., The Willard Center Club’s office amenity space feels more like a social lounge. Wyn Design Co. collaborated with Swatchroom to create a conference center, coworking area, cafe, and lounges with amenities to accommodate the needs of modern professionals. The interiors are luxurious and spare no attention to detail, with rich jewel tones and warm neutrals throughout. The final product is a cordial blend of historic elements of the building with modern touches and comforts. The whole space is bright and welcoming, including the restrooms. The arched mirrors and globe lights feel a little art deco, and the overall palette is rich and refreshing. On the walls are two patterns from our Uplifted collection by Tomma Bloom, adding a sense of restrained whimsy– bubbly patterns in fresh colorways are printed with our haptic printing technology for extra dimension and a tactile element. The overall effect is definitely mirror selfie-worthy!

LA Law Firm

This LA law firm’s office, designed by HOK Architects, focuses on creating a sense of “California Coastal Couture” with plenty of movement, flow, and organic elements throughout. The space feels breezy and bright, with plenty of inspiration from the sea clear in its shapes and color palette. HOK aimed to combine the fluidity of the coast with precision and thoughtfulness in every detail. A palette of light neutral woods and ocean hues complements the large windows and LA skyline, and our Vista 1 mural fits right in. This painterly watercolor mural serves as the focal wall of the coworking area, matching the blue banquettes and natural wood color on the walls and ceiling of the cozy space.
